Returns and Exchanges

To ensure your satisfaction, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund if you receive a defective or incorrect item. We are liable for damaged or incorrect phone cases. We only replace items if they are proven defective or damaged within 14 days of the order delivery date. 

If over 14 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Lost Case

If tracking states your package has been delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund. You will need to contact your local post office and file a claim. 

Returns 

if you change your mind on your case, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective item but this must be done within 14 days of delivery. 

If over 14 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately you will be denied and you will be unable to return. 

Wear and Tear 

All Phone cases will fade over time.

  • always keep your case away from any liquids,
  • Constant moisture or sweat from your hands may cause the case to fade 
  • Constant exposure to sun and heat may cause discolouration to the case.
  • If your case is near chlorine pool water or ocean water it may increase colour fading
