Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed, except by contacting customer support before shipping, if you enter the wrong address we are not responsible giving you a refund. 

Shipping and Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 4 days, with delivery typically taking 2-5 weeks. Times may vary by location. We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays but can refund or resend if a phone case is lost in transit.

Returns and Refunds: If you receive a defective, incorrect item or you change your mind, contact us within 14 days.
